**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at Hamaragharr located in Faridabad. The Senior Architect will be responsible for sales conversion along with overseeing the entirety of a construction project, including design, development, and implementation. The Senior Architect will also be tasked with managing both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring project success within given timelines and budgets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or Architectural Project Manager
- Ability to oversee the entirety of a project from inception to completion while meeting budget and timeline requirements.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a team of design professionals.
- Thorough knowledge of building, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to collaborate with clients, sub-contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Demonstrated expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software and tools, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Prior experience with managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, post-qualification in the field of architecture

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
