As a member of the Micron Technology team, your responsibility will be to conduct ESD/LUP research and experiments aimed at identifying optimal ESD and latch-up design and layout solutions. This will involve designing ESD test structures to evaluate high current and voltage properties, analyzing ESD circuit elements, and developing on-chip protection strategies. Additionally, you will need to generate ESD/LUP design rules, supervise ESD design reviews, and ensure compliance with ESD design requirements.
