Position Overview:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and records. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in computer operations to support the service department's day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management

  • Enter and update customer and service-related data in company databases.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all records and documentation.
  • Verify and correct data where necessary.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports as required.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
  • Support the department with document scanning, filing, and record keeping.

3. Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with the service team for daily data updates.
  • Ensure timely submission of service data to management.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews.

4. System & Software Handling

  • Operate MS Excel, MS Word, and other data management tools.
  • Ensure all entries comply with internal data management protocols.
  • Support digital record transitions and updates as required.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in any other administrative tasks assigned by reporting managers.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and data entry applications).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience:

Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
