You'll be diving into these tasks:

• Conduct thorough testing of trading platform functionalities, including but not limited to order execution, transaction processing, and wallet management.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
• Perform manual testing as well as implement and maintain automated testing solutions to increase test coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze product requirements, specifications, and technical designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cryptocurrency technologies to enhance testing methodologies and processes.

Bring these HODL-worthy skills to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing for web-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
