Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Madurai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks specific to their domain, including production, quality control, process operations, and other strategic responsibilities. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives while adhering to high-quality standards and efficiency.

  • Expertise in Production Management, Quality Control, and Process Optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and handle cross-functional responsibilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and process improvement techniques
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Life Sciences
  • Experience with international markets and regulatory norms is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools and operational software
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to contribute to a global business vision
