Job Description:-

  • Become the creative voice of the agency.
  • Leading concept presentations and participate in client meetings and Pitches.
  • Spearhead and manage creative and content strategy for all projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
  • Leading the creative team of Art directors and Copywriters to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns and ensure timely projects execution.
  • Review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral for the client.
  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts and project managers.
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address our client's communication goals and objectives.
  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients' requirements.
  • Evaluate trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative concepts to achieve client's digital objectives.
  • Assure that all copywriters, content writers are trained and, where needed, mentored to maintain the standards and expectations of the agency and the client, and to meet their own career goals.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

  • 5- 6 years' experience in a digital or an advertising agency
  • Excellent portfolio of work
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
  • A digital Native, Active on Social Media platforms
  • Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills and strong attention to detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Excellent creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
  • Adherence to deadlines and able to maintain quality standards
