Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, dashboards, and risk registers.
  • Team Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams (AI/ML engineers, data scientists, DevOps) and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across multiple departments (Product, IT, Security, Compliance, Operations).
  • Ensure alignment between technical outputs and business requirements.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively work on resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, data governance, and security standards.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Translate complex GenAI concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of project management experience in technology projects.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering IT/AI/Software projects.
  • Familiarity Generative AI use cases and lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Good-To-Have

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Exposure to Generative AI tools, frameworks, or projects (e.g., LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
  • Experience working in large enterprises with compliance-heavy environments.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving AI initiatives.
