We're Hiring: Backend Python Developer (Generative AI Awareness)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Are you passionate about building scalable backend systems and integrating cutting-edge Generative AI into real-world products? We're looking for a skilled Backend Python Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers, and other Generative AI models into products.

Optimize backend services for scalability, performance, and security.

Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL databases and ensure efficient query design.

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and system monitoring.

Stay updated with Generative AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in Python backend development.

Strong expertise in Django/DRF, Flask, or FastAPI.

Solid knowledge of REST API design, microservices, and distributed systems.

Hands-on with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.

Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Exposure to Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic).

Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Good to Have

Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).

Knowledge of MLOps workflows for deploying/scaling AI models.

Familiarity with for API integration.

Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
