Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Investment Banker to join our team. The role involves advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, financial restructuring, and other strategic financial transactions. The Investment Banker will work closely with corporate clients, investors, and internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that maximize value and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Deal Execution

  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare detailed pitch books, financial models, and valuation analyses.

Financial Analysis & Modeling

  • Build complex financial models to evaluate potential transactions and assess financial performance.
  • Analyze market trends, financial statements, and economic conditions to provide investment insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Capital Raising & Fundraising

  • Assist clients in raising capital through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Negotiate deal terms and structure financing solutions that meet client needs.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor and analyze industry sectors, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Support the development of business strategies and growth initiatives for clients.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes impacting investment banking activities.
