Responsibilities:

• Serve as the
  primary point of contact
  between customer-facing teams, production, and external partners for Ecommerce, packaging, and product customization projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules
  for Ecommerce product launches and customized packaging orders, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
• Monitor and manage Ecommerce project timelines
  , ensuring smooth execution of orders, from product selection to packaging and delivery.
• Develop a deep understanding of
  Customizable products and services
  , including our customizable packaging solutions, to ensure accurate and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate multiple
  Ecommerce and packaging projects
  simultaneously, including the integration of product customization features, ensuring that all stages are executed smoothly.
• Collaborate with
  internal and external teams
  (design, marketing, production, and vendors) to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Identify potential
  delays or risks
  in Ecommerce workflows and
  customized packaging processes
  , proactively developing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Manage the ordering process,
  issue purchase orders
  , and track the status of purchased materials for customized product packaging.
• Support internal teams during peak periods, helping with project coordination and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Attend
  Ecommerce and industry trend meetings
  , bringing back insights to improve project execution, especially in customized product offerings and packaging design.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  within project management and the customization process to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College degree
  in a relevant field such as project management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience
  in project coordination, ideally within
  Ecommerce, packaging, or customizable products
  industries.
• Familiarity with
  Ecommerce platforms
  , including product customization and packaging workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to
  translate technical details
  (e.g., product customizations, packaging designs) into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Familiarity with
  project management methodologies
  and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with
  project management software
  ,
  Google Docs
  ,
  Google Sheets
  , or similar tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a
  fast-paced Ecommerce environment
  , ensuring deadlines are met.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
