Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company's products/services, managing customer accounts, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inquiries, and client communication in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and accounts) for smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Pan-India travel at the client's site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in [industry name] preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up ability.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
