We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly revenue, sales, and client retention targets.
  • Supervise and motivate staff, including consultants, dieticians, physiotherapists, and support team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and arrange training/coaching sessions when required.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle client escalations effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, clinical protocols, and statutory regulations.
  • Monitor clinic inventory, facilities, and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance and sales reports to management.
  • Drive local marketing, promotional activities, and community outreach programs to attract new clients.
  • Foster a positive work culture, teamwork, and staff engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/MBA in Management, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 4–10 years of experience in branch/center management, preferably in slimming, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
  • Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving revenue and client growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and clinic operations.
