Job Description: HR Executive

Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to hire the right talent against the requirements shared by the business and ensuring a positive brand experience for a candidate throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Understand urgency of talent requirements shared by the business, create source plan as per hiring channel.
  • Utilize Job portal, employee referrals, to find the right fit for the organization.
  • Conduct HR evaluation round and negotiate with the candidate on the salary, position etc.
  • Coordinate pre joining documentation and joining formalities.
  • Formally roll out the Job offer to the selected candidate and coordinate with them for offer acceptance.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on end-to-end recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office applications.
