  • Making outbound calls to clients and prospects.
  • Explaining products/services and building strong customer relationships.
  • Maintaining call records and updating client information.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply.
