About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager – Accounts
to oversee and manage the organization's accounting operations. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting, taxation, banking, and compliance while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience managing a team, and the ability to streamline financial processes effectively.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Documentation

  • Supervise and review daily accounting entries including purchases, sales, reimbursements, and bank transactions in Tally
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and delivery challans
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and maintenance of accounting, legal, and compliance files


Banking & Payments

  • Oversee preparation and processing of bank payment files for domestic and international transactions
  • Manage vendor reconciliations, petty cash, and payment schedules
  • Ensure complete documentation for foreign remittances and banking compliance


Inventory & Reporting

  • Monitor and verify monthly inventory updates and reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze periodic MIS reports and financial summaries
  • Support management in budgeting and financial planning


Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance records and support statutory reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 5–8 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance functions
  • Strong command over Tally and MS Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory audit processes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and ensure high accuracy and compliance standards
