Key Responsibilities

As the Sr. HRBP -Culture & Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, talent strategy, and HR operations, while supporting the organization's fast-paced growth.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-trust work environment by actively promoting ownership, transparency, accountability, and continuous learning across all teams. You will design programs that reinforce our core values and encourage team bonding and healthy communication.
  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, to help build a strong, diverse, and high-performing core team aligned with business goals. You will also design hiring strategies that are scalable and efficient for future growth.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Your role will include gathering feedback and continuously improving these programs.
  • Design structured performance management frameworks, including periodic performance reviews, goal setting, and personal development plans, to support employee career growth and ensure alignment with company objectives. You will provide actionable feedback and coaching where needed.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for workplace conflict resolution and grievance handling, ensuring a fair, timely, and confidential process that promotes a healthy work atmosphere.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations by maintaining up-to-date employee records, managing attendance systems, compliance documentation, and facilitating seamless onboarding, induction, and exit processes.

This role requires a proactive, flexible, and people-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication, and a passion for contributing to a high-growth startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
