ByteXL
is an AI-first higher-education platform that powers engineering colleges across India. From our cloud-based Nimbus IDE to AI-driven assessments and project deployments, we're building the infrastructure that enables educators to teach better and students to learn smarter.

This role is a mix of
technical evangelism, coding support, and product adoption
. You will directly engage with stakeholders in partner colleges to onboard them, support classroom usage, and solve problems. The ideal candidate combines
strong programming knowledge
with a support and adoption mindset — someone who is equally comfortable debugging a piece of code, explaining Nimbus features, or helping a student get started on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Classroom Adoption
    : Support educators in coding sessions, guide them on Nimbus usage, and help students with labs and project work.
  • Programming Support
    : Provide hands-on coding assistance (debugging, setup, error resolution) to both educators and students.
  • Onboarding
    : Manage student and educator onboarding — account creation, access provisioning, and first-time training.
  • Platform Evangelism
    : Showcase features like project deployment, app publishing, and assessments to boost platform usage.
  • Campus Presence
    : Stay embedded in colleges, working day-to-day with faculty and students; travel to other colleges when required.
  • Feedback Loop
    : Capture real-world issues, adoption blockers, and suggestions from users, and feed them back to the ByteXL product team.
  • Collaboration
    : Work with internal teams (content, tech support, product) to ensure smooth resolution of issues and continuous adoption growth.

III. Qualifications

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one core language (Java, Python, or C++).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug coding issues quickly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with both educators and students.
  • Willingness to spend significant time on-campus and travel across partner colleges.
  • Orientation towards support, patience, and user success.
