1. Role: Purchase Intern
*

Location: HSR Bangalore

Duration: 6 Months

Salary - 25K/Month

Role Overview:-

The Purchase Intern will assist the procurement team in daily buying activities, ensuring that goods and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist in the day-to-day buying and procurement workflows.

Conduct price comparisons and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors to ensure best value.

Maintain and update procurement trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.

Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.

Support the team in maintaining accurate records of purchase orders and invoices.

Competencies & Skills:-

Basic Procurement Knowledge: A foundational understanding of how buying and sourcing works in a business context.

Analytical Skills: Ability to compare data points, prices, and terms across different quotations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Basic Excel or Google Sheets (vlookup, basic formulas, data entry).

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor follow-ups.

Attributes: High attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

2. Role:Logistics Intern

Location: HSR Bangalore

Duration: 6 Months

Salary: 25k/Month

Role Overview:-

The Logistics Intern will support the movement of goods and documentation within our supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring visibility on shipments and maintaining the integrity of inward logistics data.

Key Responsibilities:-

Track shipments in real-time and provide updates on inward status to relevant stakeholders.

Assist in the verification and filing of logistics documents (Invoices, GRNs, Delivery Notes).

Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of consignments.

Maintain logistics logs and shipment trackers on Google Sheets/Excel.

Support the team in resolving minor transit delays or documentation discrepancies.

Competencies & Skills :-

Supply Chain Basics: Understanding of logistics, transportation, and inward/outward movement of goods.

Documentation Literacy: Familiarity with standard business documents such as Invoices, Good Receipt Notes (GRN), and Delivery Notes.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and data management.

Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating between different teams and external partners.

Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment with multiple moving parts.
