About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
Associate Growth Marketing Manager
to join our client, a
venture-backed fintech startup
. This is a high-ownership role where you'll drive user acquisition, run experiments, and scale growth at the intersection of
AI + Fintech
.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale digital acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Optimize campaigns to improve RoAS and reduce CAC
- Build dashboards, reports, and insights for weekly growth reviews
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to create seamless acquisition journeys
- Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and learnings
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing or digital acquisition
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, UAC
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus)
- Understanding of key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, RoAS, retention)
- Hustle mindset with bias for execution and results
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
