Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon/Noida for a Human Resources Professional. The HR Professional will manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes to support the overall business strategy. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, developing workplace policies, implementing HR strategies focused on employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role will also involve addressing employee queries, managing payroll, and maintaining HR documentation while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition expertise, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution to foster a productive workplace
  • Proficiency in HR Policy Development and Compliance
  • Experience in HR Operations, including payroll management and maintaining HR documentation
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws and Labor Regulations in Gurgaon
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with HR management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage
  • At least 1 to 3 years experience.
