About the Role:
The Sales Head will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Relationship Manager (RM) organisation. This role owns revenue growth, productivity, talent acquisition, and sales culture across all RM cohorts, while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Lead the RM Organisation:
- Hire, onboard, and mentor Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs).
- Design and implement sales processes, productivity frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Build a high-performance, ethical, and client-centric sales culture.
2. Revenue Ownership & P&L Management:
- Own revenue delivery across all RM teams.
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and incentive structures.
- Drive consistent growth while maintaining strong governance and client outcomes.
3. Talent Attraction & Culture Building:
- Leverage a strong industry network to attract top sales and advisory talent.
- Build leadership depth and succession pipelines.
- Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and compliance-focused culture.
4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Learning & Development (L&D), and Senior Management.
- Align sales strategy with product roadmap and advisory frameworks.
- Support capability building, training, and leadership development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in affluent / HNI wealth management.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (Regional Head / Business Head / Sales Head).
- Strong networks across leading wealth management or financial services firms.
- Proven track record of scaling RM teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and people-management skills.
