Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reporting and Automation professional, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and automating financial reporting processes, analyzing financial data for actionable insights, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to enhance accounting processes and contributing to financial strategy and decision-making aligned with organizational goals. Strong communication and analytical skills will be key to effectively interpreting data and presenting clear reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting reports and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance, accuracy, and optimization of financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting to create, analyze, and automate reports aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Familiarity with advanced reporting tools and software is a requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA) are desirable.
