About The Opportunity
Operating in the digital marketing and technology services sector, this role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product, and engineering. The team drives revenue and user acquisition through organic search, technical optimization, and content-led strategies for high-visibility web properties.

We are hiring an on-site Senior SEO Manager based in India to own SEO strategy, execution, and measurable impact across cross-functional product and content teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a holistic SEO strategy (technical, content, and off-page) aligned to business goals and revenue KPIs.
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives: crawlability, indexation, JavaScript rendering, page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, hreflang, and canonicalisation fixes.
  • Drive data-led content programs: keyword research, content briefs, topical authority planning, and conversion-focused on-page optimisation.
  • Design and manage backlink acquisition and outreach programs; monitor link quality and manage disavows where required.
  • Implement measurement frameworks and reporting (organic traffic, rankings, engagement, revenue attribution) using GA4, Search Console and BI tools; translate insights into prioritised roadmaps.
  • Recruit, mentor and scale a small SEO team; define SOPs, QA checks, and cross-functional workflows with product, engineering and content teams.

  • Strong experience working with engineering and product teams to implement technical SEO at scale.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, mentor juniors, and build repeatable SEO processes and playbooks.

Preferred

  • BigQuery or SQL for analytics
  • Python for SEO automation and reporting
  • Optimizely or VWO (A/B testing platforms)
