Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiologist, located in Indore. The Microbiologist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, monitoring microbial cultures, ensuring quality control, maintaining laboratory equipment, and conducting microbiological analysis. Daily tasks will include following best practices in microbiology, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, interpreting results accurately, and documenting findings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling laboratory equipment
  • Experience and knowledge in Microbiology
  • Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus
