Job Objective: The Solution Architect ERP Implementation will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of ERP across the organization. Operating from the Owner Operator side, this position will act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and the ERP integrator, ensuring that the ERP solution is tailored to meet the specific operational, financial, and strategic needs of the business.

This role is responsible for overseeing the integrators performance, ensuring optimal use of time and budget, and safeguarding the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy & Architecture

  • Lead the architectural design of the ERP solution, ensuring it aligns with business processes, goals, and compliance requirements.
  • Define and maintain the ERP solution blueprint, including integration points, data flows, and system interfaces.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and sustainability of the ERP architecture.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal business units to gather requirements, validate process designs, and ensure user needsare met.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Owner Operator and the ERP integrator, translating business needs intotechnical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and decision-making forums with stakeholders.

Integrator Oversight & Governance

  • Monitor and evaluate the ERP integrator's performance against project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, avoiding unnecessary delays or cost overruns.
  • Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and custom developments proposed by the integrator.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management

  • Establish and enforce quality standards for solution design, configuration, and testing.
  • Identify risks and issues early, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Change Management & Enablement

  • Support change management efforts by aligning technical changes with business readiness.
  • Assist in training and enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
