Job Description – Relationship Officer (RO) Position: Relationship Officer (RO) Location: North Delhi, East Delhi, Central Delhi, Delhi NCR – Noida, Ghaziabad Salary: 3 TO 5 LPA (CTC) + Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance (per km basis) Employment Type: Full-time Job Objective The primary responsibility of the Relationship Officer is to identify, pitch, and sell life insurance products to existing customers of Canara HSBC Life Insurance (CHL) and its bank distribution partners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through effective cross-selling, relationship management, and business growth from existing and potential customers of the bank partners. Key Responsibility Areas
• Sell life insurance products (ULIP, Non-Par Guaranteed Plans, Annuity, etc.) to existing policyholders and bank customers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for enhanced customer value.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Coordinate with bank staff and internal teams (operations, underwriting, etc.) for effective support.

Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: 2–3 years in Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel mandatory)
• Age: Up to 35 years
• Must Have: Own bike (for field work) and valid PAN card Benefits
• Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
• Petrol reimbursement (per km basis)
