Our team is expanding across Bhopal, Indore, and Ujjain, and we're looking for dynamic Relationship Officers who are passionate about sales and customer relations in the MSME / LAP / Housing Loan segment.


Job Summary:

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing new customers for MSME, LAP, and Housing Loan products through field sales. You'll manage loan documentation, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure 100% policy compliance while achieving monthly targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for MSME / LAP / Housing Loan through field visits and market sourcing.

Maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.

Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.

Achieve monthly business targets as per assigned goals.

Conduct loan utilization checks and maintain portfolio quality.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reports.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in MSME / LAP / Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan sales.
  • Experience in secured loan sourcing (DST / DSA model).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and daily client visits.
  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Age: Up to 30 years.

Note: Candidates from personal loan, credit card, unsecured loan, or fresher backgrounds will not be considered.
