Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Reports To: Engineering Executive

What You'll Do:

  • Provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for our full portfolio of medical devices at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) within medical equipment, ensuring rapid and precise recovery of device functionality
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to educate and inspire prospective and existing customers
  • Respond promptly to service calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver on-site and in-house technical resolutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and support sales conversions
  • Train end-users and staff on proper equipment handling, care, and basic troubleshooting
  • Prepare service and demo reports, maintain documentation, and update CRM tools
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Stay current with product developments, industry standards, and best repair practices
  • Participate in product launches, workshops, and events as the technical expert
  • Travel within your region as needed for service and demo activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Technology, or a related field
  • Solid hands-on experience in PCB repair and soldering techniques is a must
  • Experience servicing medical equipment preferred (freshers with strong PCB repair skills are welcome)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for demos and client training
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Willingness to travel regionally for on-site service and demonstrations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital record-keeping
  • Effective team player with a passion for healthcare technology
