Roles & responsibilities

Development

•Lead the development and implementation of innovative generative AI solutions to enhance audit efficiency, improve data analysis, and risk assessment; ensure that solutions deliver tangible business value; leveraging generative AI technologies to automate and streamline audit procedures, improve data analysis, and enhance risk assessment

•Design and implement context engineering framework to leverage audit context with generative AI to drive efficiency and quality; work across generative AI platforms and models, leveraging audit context to drive outcomes with AI.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, explore emerging AI capabilities, and oversee the successful implementation of proof of concept.

•Ensure alignment between product strategy and implementation, working closely with Product Owners, Architects and audit stakeholders to deliver tangible business value.

•Support the design and implementation of quality control standards for generative AI solutions developed that are in line with KPMG's system of quality control standards for software tools used in the Audit; coordinate with the testing teams to ensure quality assurance of the solutions

Monitor the usage and impact of AI solutions in the audit process, gather user feedback for future research efforts, and stay updated on current and emerging trends in generative AI

Manage people –

§Lead and develop high-performing teams by driving hiring, onboarding, and continuous training, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

§Own the performance and growth journey of team members by providing regular coaching, managing performance reviews, and contributing to talent development at both team and GDC-wide levels; strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Lead projects –

§Drive strategic initiatives and innovation by contributing to firm-wide programs like Corporate Social Responsibility projects, business development efforts, and efficiency-focused projects—ensuring timely, budget-conscious execution with strong project management discipline.

§Promote operational excellence and compliance by identifying opportunities for efficiency, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks and guidelines

•Familiarity with SDLC tools like Jira.

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

•Certified Accountant (or equivalent)

Work experience

•Total number of years of work experience – 15+

•Relevant number of years of work experience required – 10+

•Experience as a product manager / product owner

•Demonstrate hands on experience working with technology, preferably in the AI stack or building analytics solutions in Audit

•Formulated and execute strategic plans to integrate technology to drive business / process improvements

•Experience leading technology projects from ideation to implementation
