**Role Purpose:**
An **AR Caller** works in the hospital's **billing or revenue cycle department**. Their job is to **follow up with insurance companies or patients** to ensure that claims are processed and payments are received on time.
**Key Responsibilities:****Follow up on insurance claims** — check the claim status with insurance providers.
**Resolve denials and rejections** — identify reasons for claim denials and take corrective action.
**Update claim status** in the hospital billing software.
**Coordinate with billing team** to reprocess or escalate unresolved claims.
**Maintain documentation** of all follow-up actions and communication.
**Meet daily/weekly targets** for claims follow-up and payment recovery.
**Skills Required:**
* Knowledge of **medical billing and insurance terminology**.
* Good **communication skills** (especially in English).
* Basic **computer and data entry skills**.
* Familiarity with **US healthcare process** (for international AR calling roles).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
