**Role Purpose**:
An **AR Caller** works in the hospital’s **billing or revenue cycle department**. Their job is to **follow up with insurance companies or patients** to ensure that claims are processed and payments are received on time.

## **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Follow up on insurance claims** — check the claim status with insurance providers.

2. **Resolve denials and rejections** — identify reasons for claim denials and take corrective action.

3. **Update claim status** in the hospital billing software.

4. **Coordinate with billing team** to reprocess or escalate unresolved claims.

5. **Maintain documentation** of all follow-up actions and communication.

6. **Meet daily/weekly targets** for claims follow-up and payment recovery.
## **Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of **medical billing and insurance terminology**.
- Good **communication skills** (especially in English).
- Basic **computer and data entry skills**.
- Familiarity with **US healthcare process** (for international AR calling roles).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
