Job Title: Telecaller Intern

Department: Sales & Marketing / Customer Relations

Location: Andheri marol

Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month (based on performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, sharing information about our bungalow project, and generating leads for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to share project details and generate interest
  • Explain project features, pricing, and location details to potential buyers
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update call logs regularly
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, messages, or emails
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and client meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
  • Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets assigned by the manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry
  • Ability to understand and explain project details clearly
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Pursuing or completed graduation in any stream (Marketing or Business preferred)
