Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Specialist (with ORC)

Location: Remote (Contract Position)

(5+ in Oracle HCM Cloud, 2+ in ORC)

Include: Current CTC | Expected CTC | Location

Key Responsibilities:

Lead configuration and deployment of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Serve as Functional SME for ORC, working closely with HR, TA, and IT teams to translate business needs into Oracle configurations.

Configure recruitment lifecycle: Job requisitions, workflows, interviews, offers, and onboarding integrations.

Integrate ORC with career sites, job boards, background check providers, and third-party tools.

Conduct system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.

Deliver training sessions, create user documentation, and act as primary point of contact for ORC-related inquiries.

Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and ensure alignment with policies and compliance requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, including 2+ years in ORC

Deep knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes

Hands-on expertise with job templates, career sites, recruiting phases/states, etc.

Strong experience with Oracle HCM integrations

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred:

Oracle Cloud Certification in Talent Acquisition or ORC

Familiarity with recruiting compliance standards
