Role & responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and company policies across all operations.
- Deliver HSSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to integrate HSSE best practices into all activities.
- Track and report on HSSE performance indicators, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.
