About the Role

Next Big Technology is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our in-house team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have knowledge or hands-on experience in designing responsive, user-friendly, and visually engaging websites using modern web technologies.

You'll work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to transform concepts into seamless digital experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and functionality.
  • Create user-centric layouts with a strong focus on UI/UX best practices.
  • Optimize web designs for speed, performance, and mobile compatibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and web technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall user experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Ability to design responsive and adaptive layouts for web and mobile.
  • Good sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in web design.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (Preferred).
