**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop responsive websites using **HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery**.
- Create visually appealing layouts and UI components that enhance user experience.
- Optimise websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to align designs with business goals.
- Use **Photoshop or other graphic tools** to design banners, icons, and website assets.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design best practices.
- Keep up with the latest design trends and front-end technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in web design.
- Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery**.
- Strong knowledge of **Photoshop** or other design tools.
- Experience in creating **mobile-first, responsive designs**.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
