Role & responsibilities

Position : Workday Consultant (Offshore).

Location : Remote.

Job Type : Contract to Hire.

Job Description :

Preferred experience range : 5-8 years (not more than 10 years)

Only Workday integration certified candidates are preferred

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations between the Workday platform and other external systems, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring seamless data flow by utilizing Workday tools like Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors to create and maintain complex integration solutions across various HR and financial functionalities within the Workday system:

Must have the below Experience /Skill sets:

  • 5+ years of experience in Design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions
  • Experienced in Workday Studio Integrations (both Inbound and Outbound, good in web service operations using HTTP Post method, Advanced studio concepts like Error handler, Listener service, message queue concept, custom beans concept etc.)
  • Experienced in template-based integration using CCW, DT, WECI, position connector and End to End connectors.
  • Experience in Payroll integrations using custom PECI, PICOF and GPC connectors.
  • Capable enough to build complex calculated fields using / from different business objects, build complex custom reports to full fill client requirements, build EIBs (both outbound and Inbound).
  • Experienced in xslt 2.0 and 3.0 to transform the data to match downstream system requirement.
  • Good analytical skills to identify and resolve issues and document the root cause to permanent fix the Integration issues.
