Job Title: Workday Consultant

">About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering Workday HCM services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on Workday HCM configuration, customization, and implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of Workday HCM functionality, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of Workday HCM services.
  • Evaluating and improving existing Workday HCM configurations to optimize performance and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Four years of experience working with Workday HCM, including absence management, time tracking, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with service management software, such as ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
