Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products
  • Demonstrate product features, materials, and care instructions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Manage billing, exchanges, and basic inventory tasks
  • Keep the store and displays neat, well-stocked, and on-brand
  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewelry, fashion, luxury preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is a plus
  • Customer-first mindset, confident and professional demeanor
  • Basic computer/POS skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and festive seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
