Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager to join our real estate sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, property sales coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to meet sales goals.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client interactions and sales performance.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and closure of deals while maintaining transparency with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Requirements:

  • Must own a personal laptop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented professional.

Compensation:

  • Rs.25,000.00 to 28,000.00 per month
