The Role

• Administer and maintain Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Grafana, Zabbix, VictorOps, Prometheus, AWS Monitoring and other monitoring tools (Probe PCs, RPA UIPath …)
• Managing / Developing Monitoring Factors for all monitoring systems for Network, Server, Application and end-points
• Analyzing Alerts and prevent potential incidents as remediating critical alerts
• Follow up Critical Alerts with service owners to fix critical alerts
• Managing / Developing Dashboard for monitoring visibility.
• Configure application monitoring, web transaction monitoring, and URL/event monitoring.
• Enable monitoring for Server, Network, Applications, End points for new Sites, services.
• Follow up monitoring Issue & Requests from Service Owners, ICTRE.
• Analyze current monitoring status / factors and enhance monitoring factors
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (using Python, PowerShell, Shell) for monitoring tasks, configuration management. 
• Post incident support – CAPA(Poka -yoke)

Who You Are

Technical Skill Set & Qualifications

• Over ten years' experience in Monitoring Work (Solution, Factor Development, Monitoring Management Metrics, Integrations)
• Strong experience with monitoring tools and solutions (such as Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Zabbix, Grafana, VictorOps, Facility Monitoring, AWS monitoring, End points …)
• Assist in onboarding new applications and infrastructure for monitoring by instrumenting new applications and configuring alert policies in Dynatrace.
• Customize monitoring for applications, services, databases, cloud environments and container technologies using DynaTrace. This includes configuring anomaly detection rules, alert profiles, and log monitoring.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to visualise key performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (using Python, PowerShell, Shell) for monitoring tasks, configuration management.
• Conduct performance analysis on applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM, RUM (Real User Monitoring), synthetic monitoring, and log analytics.
• Experience to register / delete / change for Monitoring Factor in Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace.
• Experience in Alerting Routing Methodology & implementation between monitoring Tools and VictorOps, Slack, other tools.
• Architecture Understanding for Monitoring Tools (Collector, DB) and Understanding for DR Architecture of Monitoring Tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with application and infrastructure components like Java, .NET, web servers (Apache, IIS), databases (Oracle, SQL), and containerisation.
• Experience in Saas Monitoring and understanding for Saas Monitoring Concept.
• Solid Understanding of monitoring Concepts for Server, Network Applications and End points
• Experience in integrating between Monitoring Solutions, ITSM, Management Tools.
• Experience in monitoring huge systems & multi-locations.
• Understanding & Experience in ITIL, ITSM Process/Systems (Service Now)
• Understanding & Experience in Monitoring Metrics of MTTA, MTTE, MTTD, MTTR …
• Basic & Preferred Understanding / Experience for

. Network / Server Architecture

. Web / Was / DB Architecture

. Developing BI Solutions of Tableau

• Competency for problem solving, analytics mind, reasonable thinking.
• Excellent Communication skills
