  • Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Process GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
  • Handle payroll processing and related accounting entries.
  • Maintain cash flow statements and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
