Job Summary:

This role requires a blend of research skills, communication expertise, and a proactive approach to target new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential leads via databases, social media, or industry directories.

- Reach out to prospects through emails, calls, or LinkedIn messages to gauge interest.

- Qualify leads based on criteria like budget, need, and decision-making authority.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure smooth handoff.

- Meet monthly lead generation targets and track performance metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

- 0–1 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

-Strong research and organizational abilities.

- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
