We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer who will lead our DevOps initiatives

and manage our AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on

experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container

orchestration. Additionally, this role will involve mentoring and managing a small team of

DevOps engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on

AWS

Lead the DevOps team in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g.,

Jenkins).

Define and enforce infrastructure best practices using Infrastructure as Code tools

(CloudFormation, CDK).

Oversee containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS).

Manage configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).

Drive automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Monitor system performance, security, and cost optimization across AWS environments.

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to align infrastructure

strategy with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of DevOps engineers; conduct regular 1:1s, code

reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps toolchain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience as an AWS Cloud Administrator/Architect.

Proficiency in managing production workloads on AWS (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM, Lambda,

CloudWatch, etc.).

Solid experience with CI/CD tools and concepts.

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, or CDK.

Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools like ECS.

Good knowledge of networking, security best practices, and cloud cost management.

Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Prior experience managing or mentoring a DevOps team.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

Experience in agile environments.
