Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, combined with delivery leadership experience to ensure successful project execution. This role involves hands-on Salesforce design and development, technical leadership, and end-to-end delivery oversight in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and support to the Salesforce development team and manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and task prioritization to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Estimate effort, plan sprints, and oversee project delivery to meet defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce pages, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, manage deployments, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Support delivery governance by tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Create technical documentation, maintain reusable assets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7-9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce design and development using the platform.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, including complex configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Strong expertise in Lightning (Aura/LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Web Services (REST/SOAP), SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model, and deployment processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Salesforce Certifications are mandatory:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
  • (Additional certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.)
