Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration, with a strong focus on building scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions across various modules of the platform.

This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and maintain integrations with third-party systems, while adhering to platform best practices and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
  • Configure and customize Service Catalog items, Request tables, UI Policies, and UI Actions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and tools.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and ServiceNow development standards.
  • Provide ongoing support for incident resolution, system maintenance, and enhancements across ServiceNow modules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Confluence and manage work items using JIRA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components.
  • In-depth understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture.
  • Proven experience with Service Catalog, Request Management, and Workflow Configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
