Job Purpose

To support the company's marketing efforts by building a strong digital presence, creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, and assisting with client outreach and branding initiatives. This role combines creativity with strategy to enhance visibility of our software solutions across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, visuals, presentations) for social media and online platforms.
  • Create compelling product decks, brochures, and digital marketing material tailored for corporate clients.

Social Media & Online Presence

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage company presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide suggestions for improvement.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights to inform digital strategy.
  • Support the Business Development team with research-driven inputs and creative collaterals.

Client Engagement Support

  • Assist in organizing client meetings, webinars, and digital events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Reporting

  • Maintain reports on social media performance, campaign outcomes, and marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Education
    : MBA/BBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Experience
    : Freshers and interns welcome; prior internships in digital marketing/content creation are a plus.
  • Skills
    :
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for digital marketing, content, and branding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Analytical mindset with interest in tracking trends and performance.
