About the Role
We're looking for a creative powerhouse to bring fresh energy, design flair, and social media expertise to our brand. You'll manage our visual identity, content calendar, and audience engagement — from producing Reels and memes to designing brochures and email campaigns.

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years
    of experience in content or brand marketing
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Illustrator & InDesign)
  • Skilled in producing
    Reels/TikToks
    with strong storytelling and editing
  • Experience with
    CapCut
    or
    InShot
    for video editing
  • Strong design skills using
    Canva Pro
  • Social media management experience with
    Meta Business Suite
  • Experience in
    email marketing
    (Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
  • Strong copywriting skills with clarity, personality, and no fluff
  • Ability to manage a
    rolling content calendar
    and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of
    Aussie culture, humor, and memes

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of
    YouTube Shorts
    optimization
  • Skills in creating memes and viral social content
  • Experience designing packaging inserts, flyers, and media kits
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Notion
    and
    Google Sheets

What You'll Do

  • Design branded assets, IG carousels, memes, banners, and marketing materials (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Pro)
  • Edit 3–5 weekly Reels/TikToks with subtitles, hooks, music, and brand elements; repurpose for YouTube Shorts and Facebook
  • Post and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; maintain a rolling content calendar
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs quickly and with personality
  • Design email banners/content blocks and send weekly campaigns with compelling visuals

  • 5–7 Instagram posts/week
  • 3 TikToks/week
  • Daily stories
  • 1 email campaign/week
  • Media kit/flyer updates as needed
  • Daily engagement with followers
