Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX (formerly PureCloud). The ideal candidate will have experience with Genesys APIs, Architect flows, integrations, and custom development in cloud environments.

Role &Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain contact center applications using Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Design and configure Architect call/chat flows and self-service IVRs.
  • Work with Genesys Cloud APIs (REST) for automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Build custom solutions using / Java / Python to extend platform capabilities.
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk), third-party systems, and bots (Dialogflow, Lex).
  • Implement and manage Data Actions, webhooks, and event-driven flows.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing implementations
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud)
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud APIs, OAuth2, and RESTful services.
  • Experience in call/chat flow design using Architect.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages: , Python, Java, or C#.
  • Knowledge of AWS Lambda, serverless functions, or similar cloud services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, especially Salesforce, is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with chatbots (Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
