Technnect is looking for an engineer who can turn business processes into autonomous, reliable, and observable AI workflows.

Role:
Agentic AI Automation Engineer

Engagement:
20–40 hours/month, 2–3 month initial contract

Start:
Immediate

Compensation: Hourly + milestone bonuses for deployed automations

Location: Remote (India-friendly hours)

What you'll build

  • LLM-driven agents with tool/function calling, memory, and multi-step planning
  • Integrations with internal data and third-party services (APIs, Google Sheets, email, Slack, webhooks)
  • RAG pipelines with vector stores; prompt/quality evaluation via automated tests
  • Guardrails, rate limits, tracing, token/cost tracking, and basic security controls
  • Production-ready services (FastAPI) with queues/schedulers for orchestration

Must-have skills

  • Strong Python
  • LangChain or LlamaIndex in production
  • REST APIs and webhooks
  • Vector databases (FAISS/Pinecone)
  • Prompt engineering, function/tool design, and security best practices

Nice-to-have

  • Docker, Celery/Airflow, Redis
  • OpenAI/Anthropic/OSS models
  • RAG evaluation frameworks and experiment tracking
